Year 8 Netball Beacon 8 - Reigate 20

Year 8 travelled to Reigate School for their first away game of the season. They made a fantastic start and with goals from Shaylyn and Aaliyah, the first half finished 4-3 to Beacon. However, as time went on Reigate started to find their rhythm and their goals were hard to stop. Reigate gained a 7 point lead by the end of the second half. We showed resilience and kept fighting until the final whistle but it wasn’t enough. Well played girls and we look forward to our next game against Carrington. Well done to Shaylyn who received player of the match.
