KS4 Sociology Curriculum Intent:
- To equip students with knowledge of the social world that is relevant to their experience.
- To give students confidence in answering questions specifically for AQA GCSE Sociology specification.
- To nurture confidence in extended writing and communication of ideas and debates.
- To ensure students are challenged and supported in their learning.
- To instil the values of critical thinking that are inherent to Sociology.
- To encourage students to be able to articulate their voice through high standards of literacy and oracy.
