This will be our last day where the school site is open for the vast majority of students. From Friday morning the school site will be open only to children of key workers, our students with EHCPs and a small number of other students until Monday 20th April at the earliest.

Please find below the online form for parental consent for sports fixtures that will take place over this academic year.

The information you provide on the form will give consent for your son/daughter to participate in sports fixtures throughout the year.

Please complete a separate form for each of your children.

If any of the details that you submit should change, would you please complete the online form again.

If your child is selected to participate in a sports fixture, they will be given a fixture sheet, and you will be emailed with the details.  If the details for the fixture should change, or the fixture is cancelled, your son/daughter will be notified, and a text will be sent to you with the details.
