MESSAGE FROM SWOTS

Unfortunately but I'm sure not unexpectedly, we will be reviewing all of our school uniform prices shortly. 

We have already started to incur cost increases from all uniform suppliers of between 5-10% and we have increased costs of our own for things like utilities that everyone is experiencing at the moment. 

However, we will do everything we can to minimise the impact on parents. 

• Where we can, we will try to switch suppliers - if we can maintain or improve quality whilst maintaining prices - but opportunities are very limited at this stage of the season (stock buying for the summer started last November and is nearly all complete now).

• If we can afford to, we will try to limit increases to 5% but this might be difficult for some items that were already being subsidised.

• We will hold off increasing prices until 1st July 2022 (except summer uniform) even though our costs have already increased on most items. This will at least help with top-ups of the current uniforms and give “early birds” in June a chance to purchase next year’s uniforms at current prices.
