Year 10 vs Warlingham

Our second to last league game of the season was a home match vs Warlingham School. The game was slow-paced due to the standard of the pitch and this made getting the ball moving difficult. Both teams had passages of play and the scoring was opened by Josh smashing in a half volley from around 25 yards. Literally seconds later we conceded a penalty. Zach managed to claw the penalty out and dive on the ball an inch from the line. 1-0 at half time and the boys wanted a second to settle the game down. A fantastic free kick from Jack was followed up and slid home by Harry. Warlingham then burst through and made the game 2-1 with a neat finish under the keeper. The game finished 2-1 and the boys get another victory to add to their impressive record this season. Man of the match- Johnny
